Pawan Kali’s support is well received

Thanks for the support for Pawan Kali. What a great opportunity this has been for so many elephant lovers to cross borders. Leave it to the elephants to bring us all together! Thanks to your support, Pawan Kali is all set.

Over the next several weeks you will have many opportunities to be of assistance. Our next venture is the elephant foot care workshop. In addition to the fabulous custom foot knives that have already been made, I was able to locate wood rasps to trim the nails, wire brushes to clean debris from the pads and an elephant-size aluminum bucket for foot soaks.

I am getting excited about the workshop, which will include a PowerPoint presentation followed by a demonstration by yours truly. I finally have a defendable reason to put my hands on the elephants!

Loved reading this new post, Carol. So happy to help out in any way I can. I love seeing that photo you had posted earlier of Pawan Kali, so glad she is all set, I am thinking of her now. She is a beautiful and regal soul. Exciting you will be giving the demonstration at the workshop…..the elephants there are in the best hands! You rock, Carol!

Carol, your rich narrative descriptions of your amazing mission are an inspiration and convincing reason for belief that your contribution will make a lasting effect as to the welfare of the native elephants as well as the enhanced knowledge of those who care for them. I realize that these ongoing accomplishments in reality do require funding and, as I gladly have contributed to your program, I encourage your supporters to follow suit and support you in every possible way. I am excited that you will be giving this workshop and that we will be graced with a slide show; I have really missed those over the past few months. I always looked forward to them and your affectionate narratives about “The Girls.” I really miss your presence at TES. Enough about the past, I am so grateful that we are able to continue with you as you persue your dreams and change the outlook of so many, “One Elephant At A Time.” You are an amazing lady with an incredible vision, Carol. Thank you for taking us along on your continuing journey.
